SOURCE: wr1te swarm #5 (verified: no --body-file; long markdown bodies with backticks/$/quotes mangle shell heredocs — backtick/$ interpolation ate the tail of the command). FIX: f0rge issue create and f0rge issue comment gain --body-file <path|-> (stdin via -, SEC caps apply — 256 KiB doc cap). --body S stays. DONE: create/comment with notes.md AND with stdin - both work; caps hold; help consts show the flag.
