bodies with backticks/$/quotes mangle shell heredocs — backtick/$
interpolation ate the tail of the command). FIX: `f0rge issue
create` and `f0rge issue comment` gain `--body-file <path|->`
(stdin via `-`, SEC caps apply — 256 KiB doc cap). `--body S`
stays. DONE: create/comment with notes.md AND with stdin `-` both
work; caps hold; help consts show the flag.
